I’m a queer child of immigrants, born in New York City and raised in the Andes mountains of Ecuador.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist and student of Traditional Chinese Medicine, my work is about creating space for you to reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit, through intentional, therapeutic touch.
My style of bodywork is slow, intentional, and deep—grounded in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices. I believe everyone deserves care that is thoughtful, inclusive, and safe.

Top surgery post-operative recovery

Gentle, targeted care to support healing after chest surgery. Focuses on reducing swelling, easing discomfort, and encouraging mobility while respecting recovery needs.

Prenatal and postnatal massage

Eases pregnancy-related aches and helps new parents reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and restore balance after childbirth.

Cupping therapy

Uses suction cups to lift and separate tissue, improving circulation and releasing tightness. Helps with muscle tension, inflammation, and scar mobility.

Deep tissue and myofascial release

Slow, focused pressure to unwind deep muscle and fascia tension. Ideal for chronic tightness, postural imbalances, or persistent knots.

Trigger point therapy

Targets hyperirritable spots in muscle tissue to relieve referred pain.

Scar tissue work

Specialized techniques to reduce adhesions and improve mobility in scars and the area where the scars live. Helps the scar tissue feel less restrictive.

Sports massage

Dynamic, goal-oriented work for athletes or active individuals. Enhances performance, prevents injury, and speeds up recovery with deep pressure and stretching.

Acupressure

Applies pressure to specific points to balance energy flow. Non-invasive and effective for pain relief, stress reduction, or digestive issues.
